It has become evident that Title XIX Waiver services being provided to individuals with an Intellectual Disability, Developmental Disability or any other special need are fundamentally flawed in most if not all areas. Too often social, environmental and systemic barriers impede full community integration and subsequently occlude citizens that might only require a reasonable accommodation, from realizing one of the most important virtues guaranteed to them by our founding fathers as an American Citizen, We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these areLife, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. Therefore it is our mission to provide the best, least restrictive, most effective and economical person centered services to those individuals and families that have chosen us to be a part of their lives. We must engage, encourage and empower those that we serve, their families and anyone else with a vested interest in the success and full community integration of those we are partnering with.

To Whom it May Concern: The Office of Health Facility Licensure and Certification has just completed their 6th review of Stevenson LLC since June 2011. We are pleased to announce that the audit revealed no deficiencies and subsequently OHFLAC has issued Stevenson a full two year license with no restrictions. Stevenson would like to thank OHFLAC for their diligence and professionalism during this most recent survey as well as those individuals, families, staff and others that have participated, supported or contributed to the success of our mission.
